Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of orders
   a. Orders can be cancelled up to 5 pm two working days before the day selected by a customer for delivery. Turfshop can be contacted for this purpose either by email  (info@turfshop.co.uk) or by phone 01652 678000 (between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday). If orders are cancelled in this way, the turf and products ordered will not be despatched to the customer and Turfshop will refund the customer for the order price paid in full, less an administration charge of 5%.
   b. If a customer wishes to cancel an order before the day and time agreed for delivery but with less than two working days’ notice, Turfshop will try to prevent delivery of turf or other products to the customer. A refund will be made to the customer but less any costs incurred by Turfshop in trying to satisfy the customer’s order prior to cancellation.
   c. If a customer receives topsoil or other products from Turfshop but is not happy with the goods supplied, the customer has the right to return the goods to an address agreed with Turfshop within 30 days of placing the original order. Turfshop should be notified straight away of a customer’s intention to return goods. The products should be returned in the condition and packaging in which they were originally supplied and at the cost of the customer. On receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition, Turfshop will refund the customer. Customers should note that the products remain their responsibility until they are received back by Turfshop.
   d. Turf received by the customer as ordered and in good condition can not be returned by the customer to Turfshop for a refund. This is because the short “shelf life” of turf would make the product unsuitable for resale by Turfshop.
2. Return of defective or damaged products
   a. If a customer receives turf, topsoil or lawn products which are not as ordered or are defective or in any way damaged, then the customer should contact Turfshop to arrange to return the goods, if appropriate, and to receive a refund or replacement. Turfshop can be contacted for this purpose either by email (info@turfshop.co.uk) or by phone 01652 678000 (between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday). Contact should be made within 3 days of receipt of turf and within 7 days for any other product.
   Turf
   b. If turf received is not satisfactory, the company may not require the turf to be returned but may ask for a photograph to be provided to show the condition of the turf on receipt.
   Topsoil and lawn products
   c. Topsoil or lawn products should be returned to an address agreed with the company in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received by the customer.
   d. Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery of goods
