1. Tillers Turf Company Limited (“Tillers”) is committed to protecting your privacy and the information provided in order to process your order through turfshop. co.uk (“Turfshop”). This policy sets out how we will use the information you give us and the protections which are built into our systems.
2. When you place an order and make a payment through Turfshop, your credit/debit card details remain within the secure Sage Pay system – staff at Turfshop are not made aware of the details at all. This payment system has been chosen to offer a secure payment system to Turfshop customers.
3. Customers address and email details input onto the website are communicated to Turfshop. From time to time, Turfshop may contact past customers by post or email to provide information on new products or to give product advice. Customers can opt not to receive such communications from Turfshop by ticking a check box at the time of order. They will also have the option to decline further communications at any time that Turfshop contacts them in future. They can also opt to be excluded from further communication by contacting Turfshop directly.
4. Customers’ address and email details will not be provided by Tillers /Turfshop to third parties.
5. If a customer’s address or email details change, Turfshop should be contacted and the information held will be corrected.
